It’s official.
I’ve been bitten by the Seattle Grace bug. That’s right. I am officially hooked on Grey’s Anatomy! ABC at 9 pm has become a permanent fixture for my Thursdays. Having never watched a full episode of the show (aside from several YouTube clips of episodes with the sexy, sexy Jeffrey Dean Morgan) I started watching season 8 March of this year when Dr. Cristina Yang’s suspicion of her husband’s infidelity hit home for me. As explosive revelations in their relationship were revealed, I also became interested and then glued to the storylines of other characters and patients. Despite not knowing much about the characters, I was able to pick up on their stories and histories fairly quickly. Now I know I’m about 8 years late to the party that is ‘Grey’s Anatomy Obsession’, but now that I’ve crashed it, there’s No. Turning. Back. (Call me a sucker for Kevin McKidd, but have you seen Dog Soldiers?!) Dr. Hunt’s fight to win back the love of his estranged wife and the intense and monumentally tear-jerking season finale alone are two reasons why this gal will be Hulk smashing anyone or anything that gets in her way next season.

Full Moon
This is a list of my Top 5 film werewolf transformations (#1 being the best). Thoughts?
1. Werewolf Hunter: The Legend of Romasanta - There's just something about watching the bones, blood, and flesh of a person reshape in the rain that leaves you with goosebumps. http://bit.ly/d0ypEN
2. American Werewolf in London - As awesome as this film is, it is also quite scary. However, the detail in every aspect of the transformation is pure genius.
3. The Howling - This transformation definitely freaked me out because it's so well done and the creature is so nightmarish.
4. The Wolfman (2010) - This is one of the more recent werewolf transformation scenes, and I feel that the transformation is a well done balance of CGI and above par acting from Benicio Del Toro.
5. Van Helsing (2004) - The pain that must come from ripping your flesh off to reveal the essence of a werewolf lurking underneath is almost unimaginable.
(Side Note:) While Dog Soldiers doesn't include actual transformations, I couldn't help but to at least give some mention to those werewolves. Their beast-like size and intelligence make them that much more frightening.
